A member of the Florida Bar, L. Mark Dachs is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer with more than 25 years of experience. He has represented defendants in complex criminal matters, ranging from first-degree murder to large-scale money laundering and continuing criminal enterprise cases throughout the United States. In addition to defending individuals charged in criminal matters, L. Mark Dachs also focuses his practice on representing individuals in high net worth divorce cases. L. Mark Dachs has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts and has argued appeals before three federal circuit courts and the Florida Supreme Court. He was a member of the defense team that won acquittals in the largest drug trafficking case in U.S. history. L. Mark Dachs is a graduate of the University of Florida and the New England School of Law. He is a member of the Criminal Law, Family Law and Trial Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.   In addition to defending individuals charged in criminal matters, I also focus my practice on representing individuals in high net worth divorce cases.
